The manual presents the process of configuring the e-mail client "Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019" to use the user's mailbox located on the Microsoft Exchange e-mail server.
You should do the following:
Start by clicking Start > Control Panel > Mail
We open the configuration of e-mail profiles by clicking "Show profiles", and then select the "Add" option. In the "Profile name" field, we define your own postal profile. After entering any name, press the OK button.
In the next window "Adding a new e-mail account" we define the connection with the Exchange server. To do this, you must provide the necessary data to connect to the Outlook client. Enter the name and surname for the account, E-mail address and password necessary for authentication.
We choose the option "Next"
The next step is to enter the login to the e-mail account and re-enter the password for the mailbox.
We choose the "OK" button
After entering the correct data, the Outlook mail client will automatically configure the account.
In order to complete the account setup process, select "Finish".
